An update from Creative by Design
As a national business, we are adjusting procedures and customer service processes to ensure we can continue to provide the best, quality service to our clients during the unpredictable circumstances regarding COVID-19, lockdowns and reaching vaccine targets throughout the country.
Our Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra locations are currently coming out of lockdown and restrictions are easing. We wish to provide continuous, clear communications and updates on the way we are conducting business during this time. You can access this status page at any time to check each location’s status.
With Canberra’s restrictions easing, we are continuing to conduct virtual initial design consultations over Zoom for the safety of our designers, clients and the wider community. We are looking forward to seeing clients in person when it is safe to do so, in our new showroom.
Our location in Sydney is currently conducting all design consultations virtually over Zoom and will continue to do so as we monitor vaccination rates and easing of restrictions. As of the 25th of October 2021, we will conduct initial appointments in a mix of Zoom and face to face as vaccination rates continue to increase and Sydney continues to ease public health restrictions.
Creative by Design Melbourne is coming out of lockdown on the 22nd of October 2021, and easing of restrictions will happen gradually from this date as informed by the Department of Health. We will be conducting all initial design consultations virtually over Zoom to ensure the safety of our designers and clients. For the next few months, face to face design consultations and appointments will be limited until further notice.
Our design studio is still closed as it is not an essential service, however, once retail businesses can re-open, we will update this status page and let clients know via email when they can expect to meet with us in person.
Creative by Design Perth are conducting business as usual during this time as no lockdown is in place. Design consultations continue to be conducted in person at our Perth showroom.
As excited as we all are in getting back to work, we are now faced with the challenge of rescheduling all our clients with new installation dates which will take some time to work through. Please bear with us as we work our way through all the scheduling and logistics of our client’s new dates.
Our approach to rescheduling will be to prioritise re-booking projects in the order in which they were already booked prior to lockdown, with new projects following.
